My new favorite kitchen gadget


The quickest and easiest way to "boil" an egg is to microwave it. If you don't mind dry eggs, that is. If I skip the grease on the eggs, then maybe my country sausage can be excused.
This little gadget makes preparing eggs for salads very easy.

  1. How clever is that? I often use my microwave for a scrambled egg. I mix the egg with a little milk and microwave it in a small bowl. It comes out just the right sized for my english muffin then I have a breakfast sandwich. I'll now have to look for that egg cooker.
